All devices are well maintained, tested, and cleaned. Screen, battery, performance (touch responsiveness, network connectivity, sensors etc.) are verified before dispatch to ensure reliable operation.

We maintain devices to high standards, but in case of accidental damage, loss of accessories, or malfunction not due to user misuse, there is a damage/replacement policy defined in the rental agreement. Repair or replacement charges may apply.

Returns can be done via scheduled pickup (if available in your area) or by dropping off at our location. Be sure to include all accessories (chargers, cables). Pack the device securely for transit / handover.
